2024 Impact Players

Here is a list of players in the 2024 that we believe are impact players. This list is in no particular order:

2024 5’10 F Lana Kerley (Lincoln Way East HS IL) has good size and strength. Helped impact her varsity team by stretching the floor with her three point shot, as well as rebounding and running the floor well in transition. Rebounds well and is strong around the basket. Expect a really good high school career for Kerley! #@Kerleylana

2024 5’10 G Mia Zenere (Lincoln Way Central HS IL) was very productive in her first year. Gained more confidence each game and made plays with the ball in her hands and without the ball. Zenere knocked down open shots and had a plethora of excellent passes throughout the season. She understands the game well and looks to have an impactful four years. #@miazen10


2024 5’8 PG Caitlin Washington (Neuqua Valley HS IL) was dynamic in her first year. Her ability to create plays off the dribble helped her team tremendously. She has good ball handling skills and also can shoot it from deep, which made her a tough cover. Caitlin has a great IQ and court vision and is expected to be one of the top players in this class for the next upcoming years. #@cwashington2024


2024 5’9 G Madison Davis (Marian Catholic HS IL) impressed in her first year playing varsity. Game after game, Davis become more comfortable and it showed in her play. She made big plays using her quick hands to get steals and also knocking down big shots in games. She was excellent on defense and was able to find open players on offense. She’s another player with a bright future. #@mdavis4423

2024 5’11 G/F Madison Schroeder (Peotone HS IL) did it all in her first high school season. She showed her versatility on both ends of the floor. She created and made plays for herself, as well as her teammates. Her ability to guard multiple positions helped with her teams success. She also was multi-dimensional on offense by playing inside and out. Madison has huge upside!


2024 5’6 G Maeve Egan (Mother McAuley HS IL) was one of two impactful freshman who made their mark this season. Egan made huge shots in many games for her team and was huge in keeping possessions alive with her offensive rebounding. She plays with a great motor and understands the game like a seasoned veteran. Will contribute for many years at McAuley. #@maeveEgan


2024 5’7 G Grace Gambotz (Mother McAuley HS IL) was the second of two freshman that started every game while helping her team. Grace scored it on all three levels and made big shots in multiple games. Very high IQ player whose role will continue to increase every year. She has a good handle on the ball and understands when to be aggressive and assert herself. Plays hard with good energy and will have a great four years at McAuley. #@GraceGambotz

2024 5’9 G Kylee Norkus (Neuqua Valley HS IL) was another freshman that contributed to her varsity team in a major way. She showcased multiple skills on offense while playing good defense and helping on the glass. Norkus made plays when attacking the basket this season and also was able to find open teammates. She has a good all around game and with other young teammates, Neuqua Valley should be in good hands. #@NorkusKylee

2024 5’11 F Nikkel Johnson (Kankakee HS IL) was a force in her first year of varsity basketball. With a lot being asked of her in her first year, Nikkel was able go above and beyond those expectations. She rebounded both ends of the floor at a high level and also finished plays in traffic. A tough and gritty kid who gives 100 percent effort when competing. Plenty of upside and skill set that will develop in the coming years.

2024 6’3 F Tahj Bloom (Grayslake Central HS IL) had a very productive first season on the varsity level. She affected the game in so many ways for her team and was able to stuff the stat sheet. Bloom was incredible on the boards and showed the ability to finish around the basket. She has a good feel for the game and can control the paint on offense and defense. She used her size and length to her advantage and has tremendous potential. Looking for great things in the future for Bloom. #@tahj_bloom

2024 5’7 PG Ximaya Walton (Butler College Prep IL) is another talented freshman who impacted her team. Walton handled the ball and started the offense for her team. She also showed the ability to score and facilitate when needed. Walton stretched the floor with her three point shot and played with a high motor. She’ll continue to be a leader for her team in her next three seasons.

2024 5’9 G Angelina Smith (Bolingbrook HS IL) has a bright future ahead of her. Smith finished her first year of varsity ball contributing on a very talented team. She was able to make plays with the ball in her hands and get teammates open looks. A very aggressive guard when attacking and plays with great energy. She also showed that she can knock down open shots and also played well in transition. Good defender who rebounds the ball and has good size. #@angie_baller32

2024 5’9 PG Kloe Froebe (Lincoln HS IL) did it all this season for Lincoln. She had a remarkable offensive season and doing it from all over the court. Her ability to shoot the ball off the bounce and catch caused trouble for opposing teams. Froebe read the floor well and made passes on time and on target. She shot it from all three levels with ease and efficiency. Great upside and potential as she continues her high school career. #@kloefroebe

2024 6’2 G/F Ariana Williams-Bullock (Kenwood HS IL) finished her first season on a loaded team and was able produce in her games. With great size and length, Bullock was able to rebound and alter shots. She also ran the court well with good quickness. She moves well on both ends of the floor and can grow to be a really dynamic player. Upside and potential is through the roof. 

2024 5’7 G Lexi Carlson (Sycamore HS IL) had an incredible first year on the basketball court. She did just about everything on the offensive side of the ball. Her ability to score it on all three levels off the bounce, as well as off the catch made her a tough cover for the opposition. Lexi can handle it and go both ways and does an excellent job at finding teammates when open. She also shoots the ball very efficiently from behind the arc. Very high understanding of the game and is a willing rebounder. Carlson has a bright future and will do great things throughout her high school career! #@LexiCarlson3
